We transform roofs into Next Level Roofs.

After years of development and application research, Autarq launched the first solar roof tiles: original roof tiles connected to Autarq-developed and European-made miniature solar modules – thus becoming powerful solar-powered generators in the size of a roof tile.

From the kitchen table to robot-supported, partially automated production: After years of manual production at the company headquarters in Prenzlau (Brandenburg), we are now using human-robot teams that will soon be producing our solar roof tiles in several “microfabs” throughout Europe: Our roof tile finishing will be in the production processes of the original brick manufacturers are integrated, keeping supply routes short and supply chains intact. This contributes to a more sustainable, reliably deliverable product.

Autarq solar roof tiles can hardly be distinguished from traditional roof tiles and fit seamlessly into the design of your roof. Good to know: The weight of our solar roof tiles is roughly the same as that of the original roof tiles, so that the load-bearing capacity of the roof is not affected.
